This ensures that you get the student discount. If you want an indicative quote, select 1 adult . Students will be half this price if there is an adult on the policy.
- The premium shown is the standard price without extras. Click select and you will be asked if you want to delete the excess.
- Excess -There is an option to delete the excess. The excess is the first part of a claim which is paid by the insured. If you select this option, all persons on the policy will need to take it.
- You can save your quote and retrieve it later by clicking on the “Save” button.
- If you continue, you will be asked to enter your email address & to create an account.

What if I (or my travelling companion) am diagnosed with Covid-19 before I/we commence our journey?
Only where you have selected to include this cover, you have paid an additional premium and your Certificate of Insurance specifically notes this is included. Section 13 (Covid-19 Cancellation Fees and Lost Deposits) will provide cover for your pre-paid non-refundable travel costs when you (or your travelling companion) are diagnosed with Covid-19. Your treating doctor must confirm a positive diagnosis in writing and you must notify your travel providers as soon as practical. Refunds or credits you are eligible to receive from your travel providers will be deducted from the amount payable.
Why does your Product Disclosure Statement not specifically refer to Covid-19?
In March 2020, The World Health Organisation declared the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak a global Pandemic. As such, Covid-19 falls within the definition of Pandemic in our Product Disclosure Statement.
Will GoSafe cover me if I am not vaccinated?
Yes, we do not require you to be vaccinated to obtain insurance cover with us. You will however need to check vaccination entry requirements of the countries you are visiting and the airlines you will be travelling with. Our policies will not respond to a claim where you fail to comply with any government regulation or act.
